Chaos Garden

A team of colonists are on their way to mars, where an unmanned farm is tasked with creating enough crop to sustain them.  The problem is that insects are invading an eating everything, and the robots can only do 1 thing a time. We can send commands from earth but it would take 10 minutes (seconds for gameplay reasons) for the signal to reach mars. Can you hold out and get things under control?
